    IPA is just a big bet on the health of the Indigo Group as IPA's sole asset is a loan to the Indigo Group.

    The Indigo Group is a private company. No one knows its financials. It could be highly profitable or choking in debt. Given they have borrowed some $40m plus from IPA at 20% interest it could be inferred that they are not in tip top shape
