I have a gut feeling that clean food (in this case milk products) might be the nickel of the 60's.
Big difference though - people need and eat food to live and there is a large group of ppl overseas who have wealth, but you cannot live on (eat) nickel or minerals.


As a (not big) primary producer of quite some years in a higher (& usually reliable) rainfall area, I think I will stick with it as the future is looking good providing we have rain or access to reliable & sustainable water. Important thing for Aust is that we value add to it here rather than just exporting raw commodity or sell off the means/control of the production (ie. the land) to foreigner owners.
