    acceptance is often a mental defence - the mind wants to convince itself in a hopeless situation

    many Jews would have been just like many people in the cafe at Port Arthur

    even with a man in the room with a gun going from table to table shooting people -

    many people just sat there waiting


    it's what many of us do ----------- have a look at some air show crashes into the crowds - you see many people just standing - frozen - watching it all unfold - whilst some others are running like mad


    noone sat at the table at Port Arthur and didn't move away because they knew they were safe ------- their brain was affected by chemicals which made them paralysed

    that's us - jews getting on trains would not be dissimilar - not the same - but, not dissimilar
