Yes, Iranian children wrapped themselves in carpet and rolled themselves across minefields to clear a safe path for Iranian troops so they could attack the Iraqis. The carpet was to keep their bodies as intact as possible for burial. They were VOLUNTEERS who did it out of patriotism. The Palestinian children who were forced to act as human shields did so at gunpoint and wet themselves in terror. There IS a difference. Like the young Hungarians who climbed up on Russian tanks with Molotov Cocktails or grenades during the 1956 uprising.
