I think we are forgetting its all or none. DERM hasn't given CNX the go ahead yet either, which are in the same boat as Cougar but don't forget this is all experimental at this stage and won't become reality until the end of 2011 when all 3 companies (CNX, CXY & LNC) prove it's viable and envirmentally friendly. I don't see that DERM will make the decission to close Cougar or Cabon as the Qld Government have commissioned private companies to assess the situation for the future of UCG in Qld, so it won't be DERM that make the call. All I can see is that DERM will come back with more stringent testing and more monitoring proceedures, it can't be anything else.
