Didn't follow up on the election process as I was aware we had a 6 month window and it all seemed chaotic and assumed things would settle and instructions would become clear....
But not so!
Here is message sent to CBR and ComputerShare - but no response as yet....
Hi CBR Team - assistance please. I have copied in two fellow investors in the same plight. We have not received ‘Letter of Transmittal / Exchange Notifications’ so we have no Account Code or Control Codes to proceed. We have Trade Confirmation contract paperwork from Commsec with HINS and Contract comment numbers and full details. ComputerShare Australia just tries to direct us to their Rhode Island office which doesn’t respond to online queries or emails and only has an answering machine. The CBR Geelong Office can't assist, the website FAQ doesn’t help, ComputerShare Australian office totally unhelpful and the ComputerShare RI Office totally unresponsive.
Any tips GREATLY appreciated!
