The US reviewed its policy on military grade weapons. US Weapons manufacturers can now sell to overseas clients, hand carried missile launchers and missiles and automatic weapons, without having to notify the State Department of the sales.
The unrestricted sale of these items, now deemed as items for personal protection, has been welcomed by the US gun manufacturers who predict a booming trade. You read it correctly. The State Department will not have to be notified of these sales.
Isn't unfettered commerce just wonderful!
Of course none of these weapons will fall into the hands of terrorists, and these missiles will simply be used the defend the family cattle grazing in the field. The farmers in Mindanao can protect their live-stock, and the US Government can deny supporting terrorism.
