    Alot of sectors are being sold down the last few weeks, my portfolio is showing RED everywhere.

    I'm not sure where BUL is heading but the RSI on the weekly chart is looking very over sold so hopefully we find the bottom soon. It has been sold down on small volume so not much we can do about it?
