Simon Moutter's strategy is to grow the business in its New Zealand core, treat ComCom, CNU and customer growth as core and reduce risks of earning downgrades and shocks in non-core assets some offshore (a common phenomenon under Mother Theresa Gattung).
Build the divi, perhaps get a special divi and put itself back in favour with all the silly NZ brokers who know alot about milk, building products, pulp and paper and not much else.
