That would be me. Now lets see what action ASIC and ASX take for the Directors mileading the market.
These guys are so incompetent they should be in jail.
Just over 12 months ago the share price was $15 and in their arrogance they refused to fix the balance sheet.
We get an offer at $6.80 and they dismiss it out of hand only to do a capital raising at $3.85?
Lets not kid ourselves here. What has happened is not in the interest of share holders. The only person who benefits is the new MD. Normally a mess is cleaned by a new MD. But in this instance it has partially been fixed He walks in with a nice salary of $1.8 million plus entitlements. And get this, if there is a takeover before he starts, he get a full year's entitlement. $1.8m for doing nothing.
The true scum bags of our society have hit a new low.
