i specifically said the big red flag was when they put out that announcement that didnt have an md or chairman's signature.
clear indication that the directors we aware of the risk a cap raise would be needed - and unwilllingness to accept legal responsibility.
some of the punters on hot copper are so wilfully dense its breathtaking
