When all the haze clears holders will find this is not so bad a deal - the most important thing it does is it stops the rot - the sp will move around until the CR is finalised then we should go back to a fairly stable environment again and the specs and shorters will move on..
Holders Note:
Column 1 0 Retail entitlements may be traded on ASX
This means just having an entitlement in the CR will be worth money as others will want to be able to get access to those shares @ $3.85 even if you can't afford to take up the offer yourself.
This deal does look after retail investors and I'm happy they didn't favour the big boys over us. They could have given a big chunk for $5 to instos and given mums and dads nothing - this gives us something - we can buy in or we can sell our entitlements to buy-in.
