    Hard questions there yellowcake. Perhaps we could add to them in light of the Patersons report - are MAK directors buying UCL to convert them into MAK? Are they selling MAK shares to buy UCL and then convert them back into MAK? They should be doing either or both of these things if they are so confident of the Patersons recommendations.
