IMO,this state of limbo is exactly what some of the big holders (KAH and Polo in particular) want! It gives them the opportunity to add to their holdings without driving the shareprice to the moon.

McIntyre forced to resign with no immediate replacement. Tardy drill results.Uncertainty created.Dilutive cap raising announced.

I don't think there's any coincidence that the shareprice has collapsed 2 days after Peter McIntyre resigned!
