I think you're right regarding KAH and Polo - KAH in their latest financial report stated that they had increaed their holding in EXT - Polo after their selling of various holdings had around A$15m to purchase their share of any RIs at 7.75 that weren't taken up - less than what they expected - leaving around A$14m to purchase what they want on the market.

Market has been aware of PM going for a long time - i dont think that was too negative, because as the story goes there are huge tax advantages in moving the company elsewhere - the problem to the market is the uncertainty of the next MD.

Strand Partners probably taken on by KAH to keep Rothschilds honest - SP are hungry and not a lumbering old boys network, nod nod wink wink.

I'm with you hold on to the bitter end there's nothing better than a few greedy erks tugging at the pot of gold - just wish the directors wouldn't be so blatantly obvious, as of late, in setting ridiculously low targets to swell their troughs - if any of you directors from the various firms involved are reading this remember your prime duty is to all the shareholders, not skimming off the top for your own pockets in the grey areas of legality once the lie of the land is known - its naughty and you know it.
