You are absolutely right! I is going to be difficult to attract a quality candidate who would be willing to take on the role on MD, knowing that they would most probably be out of a job within 6-12mths because the major shareholder is after a takeover.
I have absolute confidence the Extract team will continue to do a great job, as Harlee has said. However even the best teams can only carry on for so long, without a professional coach, before they start dropping the ball!
