We know this UT, but I think this case shows that one shouldn't rely on it. I feel certain that this guy/gal will not get a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that almost everyone else is OK. :(
It IS significant that the easy fix is not an option and that the borrower will be wiped out, no options, short of a God Fairy.
