And then if approved the deal happens 3 months after that so plenty of time yet which means plenty of time to get set, sp will most likely slowly rise as things happen. However probably the best thing is that KKL may well have gone under sometime over the next year if not for this deal.
The market is also waiting on the audited formal financials of Isisty as it moves to a listed entity.
