As the manipulators control the market, and have the computer software necessary to do what they wish, investors are at the whims of these people
The whole system is corrupt, and is slanted towards these criminals. Regulators have no wish to do anything as it is in their best interests to maintain the status quo .
The bodies for overlooking the regulators, are in a position to do something, however the ramifications created from cleaning house out way their obvioua reluctance in this matter
