    Here we have rouge board that have not filled the position of a md.What type of company is this.
    I am hope someone votes no confidence in the board, it seems like they dont want to be managed or accountable.

    The only real accountablity for company comes from the board and the buck stops with the md, if they are not willing to elect a hight calibre Md then they need to resighn and let someone talk control who will.
