I think it will be all about the wallet too, not just making an ethical choice. If you chose ethics you’re going to avoid meat. It’s sad but unfortunately meat such as beef will get very expensive and already we’re seeing fruit & vegetables go up due to climate events on the east coast. Then there’s the war in Europe. And the wost case scenario is sinply not enough food on the shelves which good governments want to avoid at all cost as it simply causes unrest at best. Being ignorant or naive about global warming is only counter productive. A bit like driving to a flooded town when you’ve already been told to stay away.
