Not sure why you would pick this REIT, when there is plenty of established Local & Globally diversified players with track records.
I hate all the 3rd tier city picks, historically they have not provided good returns.
In my opinion, there is so much capital being thrown at DC's. Much of it not very intelligently.
i would have stuck to quality assets in Major Capitals.
