    Not sure what investors thought was going to happen to a REIT yielding 4% on listing, well done HMC for getting it away on such a low yield.
    Propectous had the NTA on listing at $4.75, not sure why anyone would pay a premium to NTA in this market but there you go.

    Currently trading at a discount to NTA of 3.2% & a projected yield of 4.3%.
    That's still factoring in a lot of future growth considering the average yields on REITS are probably in the region of 6.5-7.0% & there are plenty on discounts greater than 15%.

    A bit rich for my taste but I can see the potential here for a 'premium REIT' assuming data centres don't become oversupplied or the future impact of AI overstated.

    One to keep an eye on IMO
