What they mean is don t expect high flow rates from p2 .

if you are hoping or betting that the rates would be high you are taking a risk, as its on the flank where the flow rates are lower then toward the crest of the structure .

i remember posts where the idea was banted around that gas won t flow from p2 because of the compression from a deep well .

well its flowed and 6 kms from p1 which means the non testing of p1 was because of a stuck tool and p1 would have a large flow rate now that p2 has produced a flow with good quality gas and possible oil.
