I kind of agree that would probably help. My understanding is that it is supposed to encourage us all to be long term investors may be it sould be lenthened on property to 5 or 10 years, this may help out the little blokes with the token investment.
All these measures that are being put forward on here today must help the situation. this it seems is the approach it needs.
