These are different options exercisable @ 4 cents per share anytime before Oct 30,2018 and you'll then get fully paid shares.
The other option is to let them expire and not convert if the fully paid shares (heads) aren't somewhere north of 4 cents at that time.
Basically they are more risk for potentially more reward.
