They did the right thing preserving capital and focussing on near term revenue opportunities. Plans change in business especially a start up industry and you want mature decisions makers making these calls.

I’m impressed they have shareholder value at the forefront of their decisions. Some of you people have no idea about big business. Yeah let’s spend heaps of time and money getting local licenses OR lets use our broader partner licenses to have immediate licenses with far more access and opportunity....Management are there to make calls for our and their best interests. Some of you really need to get some education and / or not comment
