The investigation took place last year, months after Niko and his acilytes had ëxecuted" their scam with the Radiometric results (obtained illegally) from Namibia, and the share-trading swindle.....When the Feds and ASIC began their investication, Niko had conventiently caused the disappearance of all evidence against him...He is past master in executing share-trading scams......So, the investigation led no where, unfortunately.
However, the entire investment fraternity in Perth (brokers+investors) are aware of what and who Niko is. They (most of them, atleast) know all his tricks and also his holding companies through which He and his cronies execute their share trading....Thus they all avoid him like the plague.....
