    Agree Watso.

    The market is no longer giving AND a premium for another bid.

    The market is saying that it doesn't look like a bidding fight for AND is @bout to happen.

    In the short term to me it looks like AND shareholders will have the option of accepting the KCN offer or else watching the AND share price fall.
