Utter rubbish!
Over 500 times as many birds were killed by fossil fuel power in the USA as were killed by wind turbines and the power lines could easily have taken that figure to well over 1,000 times the number of birds killed by wind turbines.

"Wind farm-related avian fatalities equated to approximately 46,000 birds in the United States in 2009, but nuclear power plants killed about 460,000 and fossil-fueled power plants 24 million."
