    I am coming more to the conclusion that consolidation of this share is required. The "penny stock" nature frightens off serious investors who just see billions of shares out there.

    I don't think the prime object of the current board and /or shareholders is to "pump and dump" but there is an element of profit taking, or just plain cashing in.
