    Well if that's true that's market sensitive news that must be disclosed to their employers...er sorry shareholders.

    Failure to keep the market properly informed is a breach of the BOD's legal obligations.

    Something for the lawyers to deal with in the class action after this thing is in the hands of the liquidators.
