You are wrong, these laws are very positive for sellers of goods into China, and for Chinese consumers. These laws will provide transparency for all, proof of licensing and registration of both the products and the sellers, removal of fake products / increased safety of products, prevention of monopolies and deceptive conduct, accountability and fines for the sellers and the platforms the products are sold on if any of the new laws are breached. The government is doing an excellent job of moving towards a safer China.
