I think it's impossible to reduce Chinese labelled infant formula by 33%, a2m profit margin is about 39%. Chinese distributors also take some profit share.
first half year of 2019 will not be affected, but second half and onwards will be really challenging for all Australian infant formula companies.
Caution is to be exercised especially US is likely toc crash soon.
