I think if you use Dr Google for any sort of medical research you will end up basically eating and drinking nothing. The nutritional/medical fraternity backflip so much that, IMO, they are worthless listening to. For example, just off the top of my head:-

Eggs are bad for you. Now they are not.
Fat is bad for you. Now it is not that bad. Sugar is the devil.
Don't drink at all. No it is fine to have a glass or two a day. No don't drink. Ah its OK. No don't. Not quite sure where we are with this one as of writing.
Don't do anything because it will give you cancer because of carcinogenics.

Just using logic for a moment. I would say that the majority of the world are drinking milk on a daily basis multiple times (I have not read your link by the way so no idea what it says). If there was a quantifiable link to cancer one would assume that a lot more people than unfortunately currently do perish from this horrendous disease.

I think you get my drift
