Whilst, "highly likely" might be considered a ramp, there is a chance of ,
1. A discovery.
2. An acquisition.
3. A takeover.
These make the share price look pretty attractive don't you think?
I bet that the 1 $billion in the bank is burning a hole in the directors pockets at the moment. Soooo many bargains!
