I cannot see the value in management deliberately screwing over their investors. Holding back announcements and spreading rumours so their company can be bounced around. As Xan keeps saying these people do not need the money, so that can't be the motivation. They definitely do not need their proud record of acheivements blemished for the sake of more money anyway. People will be keen to jump back on board when things are signed and delivered. It may not shoot the share price up overnight but if they sign the deals the are looking at I would not like to sell at this price or anything close to it.
