    How do people know this is Global?
    It was only yesterday that many prominant CVI posters stated that Globals clients were only transferring amongst themselves for a tax break and to hold shares that stay below the 5% substantial holder range. At the time I begged to differ.
    Now as the price has dropped and dumping is prevelant it is said that it is Global who is doing this?
    So is it Global, is it not Global or no one really knows?
