Honestly I disagree, I recon for Taco Bell to be successful, they have to execute an agressive rollout strategy, so for me I'd want 50 stores in 3 years and 80 in 5.
I would put taco bell into its own entity, raise capital (keep 50%) and roll them out. That way you are isolating the capital from the rest of the business but getting the exposure to the growth.
