Once again a legal precedent has been set by our dopey politicians for a number of different courts to be setup in the future to hear legal cases.

I believe that every State allows for a indigenous person to elect which court they want the case to be heard.

The judicial system is also trending in that direction as it appears that sentences are now taking into account the cultural background of the perpetrators.
