The difference between the two in terms of information disclosure couldn't be starker.

Interestingly, I was berated a while back for bringing this comparison up on the CDU thread, as SFR had used debt funding as part of their finance package - and a number of CDU holders thought this was a flaw as CDU (at that point) had not sought debt funding - oh how things change
