There is an offtake agreement with Oceanwide for 60% of production. They indicated at an earlier time that they would like to take the lot.

The native copper is, as I understand it, not covered in the offtake agreement so could be sold to other parties even locally to MtIsa Mines for their smelter if they wanted it.

It really doesn't matter who finishes up with it. It's all money in the bank for CuDeco.

If Oceanwide take it, payment is on the basis of on board Townsville which means prompt cash flow.

As for more news, we are being updated on a weekly basis by CuDeco and that is good communication by any standard.
