I think all you need to do is compare ARL's share price with CNJ, an you are looking at least another 15c ontop of the current price...
CNJ owns half of Mt Thirsty, they have a MC 14mill and zero cash in bank.
ARL owns KNP, current MC is 17.75 mill and we have ~$4-5mill in the bank.
Compare Mt Thirsty to KNP... and there is clear winner in terms of resources.
Compare CNJx2 and ARL... and it will tell you that ARL is undervalued compared to peers.
I think all you need to do is compare ARL's share price with...
