    As per my discussion with company, there won't be cap raise for mine development. They will be looking for loan or JV. So cap raise out of question.

    SPP, Neil selling, MDO dumping, Jon only buying $2K of shares. Now now much left so thought why not create another conspiracy theory on future cap raise (though more likely it won't be happening at all, IMO).
