My slant on things:

1. Cut the cancer, the UK PSD, away . You may have to sell the profitable bits since there is no doubt a lot of rubbish which could not be sold. Do this in a very measured way over a period of time.
2. Obtain a moratorium on debt repayments from all lenders or at least a substantial reduction in regular repayments for the next 2 years.one year will not be enough

3. Send the architects of all this, AG Fowlie and co. over to the UK and instruct them not to come back until they have got rid of it. Appoint someone else to run the Australian business in the meantime

If they do not dramatically change course and be seen to be doing something positive they and we shareholders are done for .
