nearly 135 million shares traded during the last 3 days that is nearly 40% of total issued stock. Wash out was brutal. It was meant to dislodge even the most stubborn BULLS and cause tired BULL LIQUIDATION.
It happened.
More so the wave that they created on break down from 27-28 after causing breakdown of 30. They were not happy with the low volume breakdown of 30. so they triggered further down and swallowed all the 25 million or so shares of SGH.
Now starts the real game as to how good SGH is and how it can transform as all poor retail is killed without any mercy. That is the way of the markets unfortunately.
Now here R some facts which may SHOCK the bashers.
Had another look at the 1 H numbers.
NET ASETT PER SHARE SGH is 1.15 dollars.
This is after considering the DEBT from banking syndicate and impairmaent of nearly 900 million dollars .
Amazing stuff.
Here is another thing to consider. This 900 million or so impairment provides a tax free cushion ( excuse me i am not a corporate taxation consultant) according to my commonsense understanding against a future profit of 900 million dollars ............making tax payable in future yrs agianst profit of 900 million dollars to zero.
This 900 million dollars is again a embedded value of nearly more than 1 dollar per share to SGH stock price.
If u add that to 1.15 it makes for SGH worthy of more than 2.5 dollars in terms of its real value.
Mostly good stocks sell at 5-7 times of their net worth.
As far as OPEX is concerned, it is manageable and can be done in Uk ALONE.
Rememeber this EPS last yr for SGH stock for full yr was nearly 50 cents.
Agreed there is debt to be serviced and all that, But excuse me thsi VA and this equity raisng and administration stuff, who is BS TING whom.

Stop dreaming and being so pessimistic. My only take was if they just do OPEX in UK , SGH will survive and prosper to be a gr8 company. Process is on.
I will give u another important info that i realised only yesterday after market close.It is V V significant.
According to HINDU system of Astrolgy, Jupiter the planet of law is with dragons head. In early August Jupiter moves away and this formation no longer exists which was adversely effecting the law and related areas.
So my prediction is that come August end when full year numbers are presented, they will surprise the market to the upsdie and may turn out to be pretty good excluding one offs.Moreover, this alos creates the possibility that the lagislkative changes cloud that was hangin over SGH in UK may just be blown away without causing much harm.
So just my 2 cents. Do what u think is good for u. Looks like bottom THE MOTHER OF ALL BOTTOMS FOR SGH was formed yesterday. Wise ones and big money was getting in for the last 3 days.
