oly, simply that ARUP's +/-10% will enable sign off from future SPV partners. +/- 25-30% is too wide and reflects insufficient dd for Capex applications (in the eyes of co. bean counters and lenders). Stating 25 or 30% (which is it??) adds further opaqueness, which works fine in the US for unsecured fiscal lending policy (insert acronym).
A quote from Oliver Twist comes to mind. Wait for ARUP and do it properly.
