When CMY recently announced about its 'settled' deal with BCC, like most of us here, I thought it was positive and that CMY was already into Cannabis biz and was likely an awesome buy. But, after doing some research, I was convinced that there CMY never had a stake in BCC and to confirm this, I sent an email to BCC. I asked whether CMY has any stake in BCC. They said there is NO stake in BCC for CMY. There never was. The settlement is about a loan CMY gave to BCC. CMY gave 500000 to BCC and BCC will return 250000 back to CMY and has agreed to sit around a table and discuss how CMY can invest in BCC. That's all. I am not going to post any inferences from this conversation, and I suggest that any potential investors and holders be more diligent when dealing with CMY. I had a small parcel which I sold for $100 loss. No regrets. I will not buy CMY even if it doubles up today. So it's not down ramping.
