The Dutch government is getting close to banning tourists from partaking in the delights of Hollands famous marijuana coffee bars.
"The policy aimed at curbing problems by so-called drug tourists who flock to the city from nearby Belgium and Germany. The visitors have a reputation for rowdiness, creating havoc on the roads and in the city's narrow medieval lanes"
What the hell is going on!
From (fading) memory, the only havoc I ever wreaked while stoned, was to occasionally trip over the scattered record collection, while trying to outmanouvre my partners in crime to the kitchen - in order to secure the last of the chocolate biscuits and butterscotch ice cream.
