As a matter of facts, I agree with all the rest if them too.

I would like to add to that list as well though, where "NO INCENTIVE SCHEMES, OPTIONS, AND FREE SHARES" be given to anyone unless there is a similar reward the likes of at least similar sp increases to the shareholders too.

Rewards for rewards....simple as that.

The amount of shares and options given to RC on signing up in CTP was totally absurd IMO.
